Best bracket for balance druid

I'm leveling my balance druid at the moment, and its currently at level 50.

I was wondering which bracket balance druid is most powerful in after level 50, as im going to make him a twink. If feral is very op in a bracket, I will be willing to switch.

Honestly they are very strong at 70, especially with ththe edition of the second honor talent. They are extremely versatile, do great damage too

Any solid templates on optimal gear since the BFA changes for 70 boom? Lot of the folks I was gearing like have swapped feral, and I'm not sure if the enchants guide is optimal.

Feral is best druid dps with the changes from yesterday is what I’m being told. Especially 110 feral who can stack mastery Azerite trait.

As far as 70s, the burst has always been there, but bleeds have been lacking. I guess this patch buffed bleeds
