NA: Life_GSTwinkies ('get cream'd!') is an American twink conglomerate and they have plenty of initiatives spanning across various brackets and engaging in both PvP and PvE activities.
EU: Only one bracket (20s) that has some semblance of activity is plagued by Russian nolifers who queue their 10man premades into their own AFK alts on the other faction. "But hey guys, we're innocent and lovely people!".

It feels quite disappointing that most healer masteries (to not say all of them) are just about useless in solo content (and TW/regular queue dungeons for that matter).
They're the ones with the most interesting designs yet there's no reason to use them at our level unless you simply want to and they're overkill.
Alas.

Kinda tired of Healer specs being better DPS because of overtuning.

My solution for at least low level pvp: make the healing (and tank) specialization auras scale per level. A level 11 healer doesn’t need the same damage bonus benefit that a level healer 80 does. Make it so that the damage bonus is progressively tuned as your level increases

That's a good solution for us.
Sadly that would involve some actual testing to get a somewhat decent scaling which already makes this fairly pointless for Blizz.
Unless enough levellers complain about it but even then, it's been two xpac with a level 27 locked Rampage and folks haven't been too happy with it.
