...and please refrain from the 'no one would spend 100 bucks on an f2p mount' comments. I would, because 20 is my 85 and it's worth it to me. I'm sure there are others...

No, it's not. It's the worst, actually. It's a fracking bear. How many bear mounts are there? 12? Everyone has a bear mount. I can ride around on my Big Battle Bear all day and no one would notice or care. Maybe to you it has some sentimental value but for the rest of us it's just below a horse. Spectral Tiger > ALL if you're keeping track.

You must have the riding skill to use the fished up turtle. TCG mount does not require riding skill making it useable on a lvl 1
