Hey guys!
Yesterday I had some fun on my priest and I enjoyed leveling up in BGs. I have last 4 days of sub, only bought BfA (never even played that).
I was thinking about making 50 twink, but idk if it is any good without SL. I guess I can still buy some SL gear from AH (???) if it is better than some kind of BfA gear (raid or something).
Are SL twinks better? Should I just unsub and stay at 20s? Feels too simple tho :D

the na bg queues today for 50 have been fast and very balanced imo this afternoon, 5-10 min queues on BOTH sides. plenty of geared ppls playing. only ran into 1 leveler guy today with a covenant ability

youre going to want to get your toon into M nyalotha asap carried by 60s..

unlock nazjatar zone to boost your neck to rank 50 and unlock 8.3 questlines to eventually have a 155ilvl legendary cloak.

neck essences, and azerite traits dont work in instanced pvp. the legendary cloak DOES proc in BGs.

youll use BFA gems and ring enchants, still looking at weapon, ive always liked torrent of elements

i theres some ~100ilvl crafter gear and ilvl 93 greens for starter gear you could get on the AH, and they come in every stat combo and the rings are socketed. a full vers mastery toon isvery viable

your gonna want to try to make some connection to get your 50 into a mythic nyalotha transmog run as soon as ppl start those though for max ilvl

in theory you lock your level 49-50, buy SL, do SL stuff, get epic SL gears, then X-fer your toon to an account that does not have SL active.

i say its theory cause some people say you can some say you cant and i cnt be bothered to test it myself because im too lazy

you had been able to for most or all of bfa, i did it for my lock at some point. even though in the restrictions post about the service it said you couldnt. that same post also said you need a sub on an account when it recieves a transferred toon

i would hope they disable the covenant abilities, i personally am just wanting the engineering consumables(which could get locked like the polybombs and flags did) and tinkersxd on my toons, and a few items from rares. when i did my bfa lock i only had engi tinkers, no warmode trinket
 
It seems like if you have your xp locked at 50 you will get thrown into the xp on/levelers bracket, even without party sync (tested with a sub/bfa account the q time was 5 min) its a weird anomaly, I would have expected to be in a xp off bg. It could make twinking in this bracket a viable solution for someone who wants to do end game stuff and still have a twink project that they can use in battlegrounds.

Yeah it works. Only for 50 it seems. Can queue with an xplocked 50 in your group. Probably a bug, since 50 is a cap level. I would assume it doesn’t work in 51-59. And someone tried 39 already.
