XPOff load times are painfully slow

Ill have to wait a good 20 seconds whenever I try to load a new page of a thread or try to navigate any part of the website regardless of what else is open on my computer. At night it wont be as long and once in a blue moon a page will load right away, but that has only even been at like 3 am. This has been going on for quite some time and I've finally had enough. No other website does this. Anyone have any ideas?

exact same thing happens to me, it fixed itself for like 3 hours few days back but then randomly fucked up again
