I don't know if your just back from old expansions etc but doesn't seem like you have kept up to date with 19's. Shadowfang is not even considered rare anymore. Drops off all mobs in SKF and general price is around 10-20k, so not worth any transferring.

Not many people are farming it, you can easily fetch a price of 25k.
Remember this it will take time, Just spam trade chat on peak timings, hopefully it'll sell within a month.
