    who said it was GF'd it doesnt say it was removed from game on wowhead.
     
    Where does it drop from??
     
    World drop as far as I know, there is just no data on wowhead about it.
     
    Drops in Ulda by mobs meeting a certain level threshold. I forget that lvl off hand but that's where it drops.

    I can confirm a guy on my server got one post 4.0. Without his consent I can't disclose a name but I think my reputation around here speaks for itself.

    Edit: Let me just add that I have seen it and he's been a trustworthy source before. So while this is not 100% I do trust him and think it's confirmation.
