if it's bugged because a GM restored it with the wrong stats, then it's worthless. from what i heard, in this situation equipping it will make it give 10 stamina only.

Druiddroid is correct. The item is worthless. It will only give 10 stamina.

i hate revealing the fact though, it's like OMGOMG THIS IS 50K GOLD IN THE BANK and then...it's gone. kinda like a fake lottery ticket

Thank you for the input. I'll definitely have to test it out and check another piece of gear with more than unusual stats I got and verify this myself.

Best bet is to just keep it in the AH for the amount you are willing to sell it for.
