wtf is up with starstalker legguards?

wowhead says its never been dropped, and atlas loot says it has a 1% chance of dropping, so whats up with this item? i need ot for my ENH set and it seems as though it will never drop for me lol?


1% chance of one monster dropping it on a weekly raid? legendary imo


also, whats the next BiS legs for enchance shammies? since brutal doesnt have sockets

haha yeh they never drop man been at it for months couldn't be bothered so never got them lol, another alternative is the pair from hyjal
