I was wondering if these head and shoulder enchants are still working nowadays... I have followed some videos from march last year but i cant seem to find the quests to get the enchants from burning steppes or dire maul. If anyone has some up to date info it would be gear to know. THnaks

They are unavailable on Live servers. Video you watched most likely was from vanilla priv servers.

Is the +3 Stamina worth it though? It might even be +2 Stamina I'd have to check.

I don't think so as the person was above level 60. Im going to keep trying to see if i can get it to work (hopefully not a complete waste of time!) Thanks for reply

because they were removed in the start of cataclysm.. and every helm enchant was either modified or disabled to not be able to apply to helmets in the start of Mists of Pandaria.
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Removed.

When I linked that arcanum from WoWhead to my 19, it said +2 stamina. The Lesser Arcanum of Constitution offers 30 health at 19. Would that interest you?

You cant get them anymore but anyone who had done the quest before removal has them in bags
