US WTB Forest Leather Mantle

Not sure it scales to 19,
Some items scale to weirder levels and don't scale the way the 'system' is.
So I'm 90% sure the highest is level 16 ones, I haven't seen higher throughout legion or till today either.

Yeah that's what I've been noticing. I've been referencing your guide and between Prospector's Pads and Forest Leather Mantle, I've only seen level 16 or 20 versions across many different auction houses.

I guess my question then is, based on your guide FLM (6stam, 5vers) > Preened Ironfeather Shoulders (5 int, 7stam, 6crit)? For FC set.

Prospector's Pads/Forest Leather Mantle is BiS for FC'ing. No question.
