1. Something new for veteran nineteen twinks.

2. It's quicker to get to 10 then 19.

3. Most buffs scale far better at 10 then they do at 19.

4. To have fun.

5. To prove you wrong.

Yes, it scales quiet nicely.

healing spells cost less than half as much too.
