Seems atm on beta 1-19's can still participate in WPVP just with none of the rewards from the new war mode.
even with out the pvp enable, there are still spots that auto flag u,
I had SS's of a druid attack org a pally and I got on my 10 il try to find it, plus a winning TB get rep and badges.
a pack of 10's running around in wpvp could be a thing cause of scalling,
