After the recent patch release, I have this problem that occurred twice already:
When I log into WoW I get the option to select which account I want to play in (WoW1- WoW4 as well as EU WoW). But with the new patch, I do not get the option for whatever account I want to play in.
I check online on the game website, and it says that I still do got the 5 accounts on my user profiles. However the desktop app and the game do not register them.
After I hit play to start up the game, it automatically sends me to the region selections ( I hit U.S) it then sends me to the character screen on a new realm. I cancel the creation and then move onto the realm selection page.
After I select my original realm, my characters are no longer there anymore. I check the website and they do show in my account....
The only character that does show is my level one another realm.. and my data(achievements, heirlooms, etc.) is all erased..
Of course I did open a ticket for the first time it happened, and was later resolved, but it just happened again.
So what I am asking its that of anyone knows why this is happening... I do recall Blizzard restartint the servers because "There is a problem affecting the players" on the breaking news notice on the desktop app.
And is anyone else having the same problem?
