WoW BFA - Twink (level 20 bracket)

I decided to play WoW, but F2P edition and I saw lots o people at level 20 making PvP. I serached a bit and I understood that it's called "twink". My question is: What is the best class, at the moment, for PvP at lvl 20? I know the bracket is 20-29, but I'm playing F2P version.

A healer class is going to give you the best bang for your buck if you're f2p.

Doesn't really matter what class if you're playing healer, they're all pretty good.

DPS classes can be good too. Notably marksmanship hunters, arcane mages and outlaw rogues all serve a good purpose in BGs. Outlaw doesn't do much damage but well played, the cc is disruptive as hell. Marks hunter and arcane mages pump out good damage and have respectable cc as well.
