WotLK enchants usable?

Hello, I haven't twinked Classic since the old days and I'm trying to remember if items without a stated level requirement (quest/dungeon items) could have the new WotLK enchants that say "60+ item".

No, because those enchants require that character level to work. The other enchants outside of the shoulder and certain leg enchants should work fine

no, the OP's quite correct. enchanting enchants check for itemlevel when no reqlevel exists.
