I'm seeing a few threads talking about reviving 10s, but not really much validation for that. Is there actually much activity? I don't have a sub but if there's enough I would probably start playing again.

you dont need a sub to play 10

Just check your exp bar, sometimes it gets unlocked if u havent played since some time.
