EU+US Wondering about the stat reduction as you level

Hey Folks

Does anyone know, or is there anyway to work out, just how much your stats lose its benefit as you level?

So you make a level 101 twink, gear it to the heavens and you have like 200% mastery, 45% crit, 35% haste etc etc.

When you level to 102, 103, 104 , those stats reduce? as you get higher level?

Im curious because at the moment, I get wrecked by 110 melee and i am just wondering is it because they are a certain amount of levels above me? for example the "miss miss miss" scenario when i try to apply dots.
If you were to say level to 106, using these 101 BoE and then the rest of your gear as lv106 Rare/Epic

Just how much would your stats have reduced? because i assume if you were within 4 levels, you would miss a hell of a lot less on a 110?

I had a 101 warlock, affliction too. Had the same issue as you and went to 102 to get the other artifacts. And after a while I started leveling her because of the lack of dps in comparison to 101. It's not much but it bothered me tbh.

To give you an idea, I took Meiralyn and simmed this lock on a patchwerk fight as 101 and 102:
101 - 219943 dps
102 - 204109 dps

And this is how it looks like for destro (811):

Thanks both, so clearly isnt worth it.
Looking at basically 50% reduction to all the stats if you were to level to 106
