In wowhead comments it says that you must have https://www.wowhead.com/quest=36669/assault-on-stonefury-cliffs#comments active for https://www.wowhead.com/npc=82536/gorivax#drops to spawn. Can someone confirm if this is the case since if it is then you can't get wod bracers since https://www.wowhead.com/npc=87622/ogom-the-mangler seems to be bugged and plate wrists come from talador and the mail ones are from spires of arak.
