EU+US WoD 2.0? a tough question for everyone

I think some crafted gear with 2-3 gem slots and unique effects ie stormherald could really be viable if they don't nerf the gems. I haven't messed around too much on the ptr, and I am really anticipating tuesday!

Edit. The level 15 relics of the past. Im not sure what the ilvl gap is between lvl 15 gear and lvl 20 gear is. But some effects might be nasty!
