I just finished making my new lvl 29 priest twink (well almost still need that damn deadman's hand). And I wanted to get a battlestand for him. Since I don't like pvping on my lvl 80mage I didn't want to do WG to get the 2k commendation marks for my twink.

So I just took my twink into WG to see how much I could do.



The hardest part was finding a raid that would not kick me the moment they was my lvl. Most of the time I was kicked and invited back and forth but I would stay in the raid the moment I said that I would prolly be more helpful than 50% of the lvl 80 in WG.



So now I got in a raid and went to heal some lvl 80's (kind of hard when they got 40k+ hp because of tenacity) after some time I got the First lieutenant title. I went to a workshop to see if I could get a vehicle. And I was kind of suprised because I could.

This is the result I got after 6 or 7 WG games.



The 1500-2500 honor per game is pretty insane for a lvl 29 if you ask me. And with the wintergrasp mark of honor you get you can also buy the commendation marks for some additional honor.

This method is also faster than using a lvl 80 to get the marks to buy the commendations.



So how many of you have gotten those achievement on there twink?
 
The coolest one to show to other twink that dosent know that you can get into WG is That Takes Class. Also I got some of those and im runing WG with my priest [char=eu-Trollbane]Elocon[/char]

But some achievments are bugged (like Destruction Derby and Within Our Grasp) and on alliance on my server I will never get Against the Odds cuase we never get tenacity.

You say you get 1500-2500 honor/WG, I got 1500-700 every win. In star on wotlk,

I always got 1500 honor for a win but now I end up get like 700 maybe cuase I play it on a lvl 10. Only problem is that I played it on a lvl 1 lock before to try it out and got 1.5k honor(in start of wotlk too).
 
The reason you probably got less honor now is because you didn't get the first lieutenant title. If you only get the corporal title you get a lot less honor when you win.

And of course I also got That takes class while in wintergrasp.

And on my last game we won in 5min (still don't know how we got it that fast) and got a nice 2600 honor. but most of the time it was the 1500-2500.

And the against the odds would also be impossible for the ally's on our server. Most of the time we got tenacity 5+ on horde side because there are just way more ally's on our server. (seems to be on a lot of servers)
 
I only count the battles where I got FL title in my post above. One thing I never got 2.5k honor not even on my 39, but maybe that about Tenacity buff then?
 
I've achieved quite a bit of a reputation as a level 16 in WG.

Drive vehicles, man turrets. You'll kill a lot >:)

Up to 30,000 honor and 30 marks
 
Sorry ... I am a little slow ... a 29 can partake in Wintergrasp? Isn't that like an area in Northrend? I quickly typed this into Google and only found level 80s QQing how twinks are in their raid. Can someone toss me a link to a video of this or maybe explain this to me further. It sounds like fun, but are you partaking in the battle or just getting honor by being in the raid?

I have no videos, nut yes it's possible. Take the portal from Dalaran or get summoned :)



I participate. I racked up my fair share of kills from using the vehicles.

If you're planning on going in an actual raid, be careful, I get 4 exp every time an NPC guard is killed.
 
Its 3 ranks and you gain them by HKs and you get more marks and honor when higher rank.

Portal is in Dalaran to WG, theres 2 diffrent for Alliance and Horde.

You try keep everyone quiet about that your low level always, but on my server, they seems to accept it now.

You participating in WG by using vehicle or cannons, you can enter all vehicle and cannons on all ranks but you cant create a vehicle from Workshops on the first rank. Otherwise you stand semi AFK and let your raid farm you to first lieutenant title (highest rank).
 
So it is a world PVP area (Ally v. Horde) with vehicles and cannons. Sounds pretty awesome. Do you not partake in fighting because the other players are such a high level? or are there NPCs that attack you (like in AV) that are a high level?



I am asking because it would be nice to put this on the private server. Unless of course there is something I am missing to make it not worth adding.

I am a little confused , do you get to keep the title and display it as a normal title or is it something only for wintergrasp or just an achivement ?



If you can get a title from there it would be pretty cool .
 
No Its just a buff, that get removed when you leave WG. It never dispal as your title or anything.
 
Do you get exploration xp for the zone? And how much, one for the whole zone, or one for each area?
