I'm asking about cloaks because gift offers stat + movespeed. Breath of only offers stat.
How much more of whatever stat does breath give over gift?

Breath gives 15 versa on cloak and gift only 1 versa/2% speed

yeah idk if tradeoff is worth it. I guess it you plan to FC and outrun people, maybe gift is better. Otherwise breath or whatever else.

Grab breath cloak enchant and replace boot enchant with cat swiftness or boar speed (agi/stam + speed increase).

WoD breath enchants are better than legion enchants at 110 on PTR too right now, they just haven't been squished down like everything else yet. If they make it live as is, they probably won't last long once people are using them at endgame.

Worth stocking up a bit to be ready to switch, but it's still a little early to go and replace all your enchants with them.
