Will every bracket have a revival?

Seeing 39s get revived is great, is this going to occur to every other bracket as well?

Will 49s? Will 50s? 60s (already somewhat reviving)? Will 70s be as active as Cata? and so forth.

Is this going to be another month or two revival then die out and everyone goes back to 19s - 29s?

What's your thoughts?

I won't be going to other brackets.
I only play 45-60 mins a day as it is. Maybe 2-3 hours on the weekends.
