Why i cant add Lesser Arcanum?

Hey guys, im currently twinking 29s rogue twink. I wanted to have best items on it, but since there is impossible to get Pathfinders hat on my server. So i decided to get some alternative hat with same options. I have farmed for [item]Humbert's Helm[/item] and it droped easily. But my friend, lvl 70 druid cant add the [item]Lesser Arcanum of Voracity[/item] . I place my helm into trade window, when items will not be traded, he right clicks the arcanum, and then left click my helm, and nuthin happens =\ Why? Mabye item level too low or what?

Librams have no effect until your character level is 50. You can't use librams on your twinks.
