Not trolling or anything, but really you need to stop being mad.
No one owns this bracket. No one.
24's have as much right to be in it, as much as 64's do in the 60-64, or the 74's in the 70-74. Blizz set it up that way, deal with it. Instead of 20's and their sympathizers bashing 24's, go write some hate mail to Blizz about it, they're the ones that can do something about it. Make angsty posts on the Blizz forums about it where the people who pretend to give a shit will see it.
And if ya think it's just so atrocious, that the very idea of it is so offensive and ya feel so frustrated, downtrodden and punished, ask Blizz to reset it to 20-29 for a week. Then after the complete and utter massacre, be thankful that you can kill a 24 the next Monday.

Seriously though... I dont really mind 24s, I just dont understand how it could be entertaining to be in a 24 premade... thus the Senior/Freshman analogy. I also dont see how it would be fun to be a pedofile, but I guess people are into it.
I will now tell you why a 24 premade is fun and entertaining. Because of the simple fact that you're playing with players you like, with players you know and players that likes you. People you can chat with and people you got something in common with. I really don't know why some people can't realize this themselves and i have always believed that WoW is only possible to be popular because, you can meet other people you enjoy playing with.
The way you seem to look at a premade does NOT make sense. I don't think a 24 premade is what makes people quit the game.
The reason people quit is because they either are tired of the game or has no one to play with. So if you wanna be that guy always playing with random people, you don't know in anyway why not just stick to single-player games? You can of course meet the same people in a Battleground you know, but if you know all of them or at least 5 of them and know they are good players isn't that a premade as well?
But if you wanna stay like that emo guy who always plays alone and can't REALIZE he's playing a online game then go ahead, but you will not have any success that way. If there was no social aspect of wow and there was no way to make friends to play with them. Then there would be no game called World of Warcraft.
This is my input hope you can handle it and don't go off trolling me but instead write a post why you disagree.

So you think it's more fair to be in a 10 man lvl 20 Premade vs 10 lvl 20 pugs? Or 3 lvl 24's vs 8 lvl 20 hunters lol. I try to respect everyone's view . But lvl 20's love killing 24's , f2p forums has screen shots of it. If you didn't have 24's you would find something else to complain about. Go to the lvl 1 twink forum, they love killing lvl 10's and up and they have items wih no stats lol . They don't complain, they rise to the occasion. Let's just agree to disagree but let lets be mature about it

I play solo a lot of times but I do enjoy the premades. Not just the one sided ones either. I've been a part of premade vs. premade and man those are fun.

This sounds more like a reason to play at level 20, since the amount of 20s is alot bigger then 24s. I know we are in the same bracket, but you have to admit that being a level 24 it is hard to get a accepted by the large amount of 20s. While when you play a level 20 you will mostly meet alot of players willing to help you out and be friendly to you (on Arie Peak atleast.) It sucks that it has to be this way, but to me it seems like you can make most friends by playing a p2p limited 20 at Arie Peak (those are atleast the players i highly respect.)

You stated, a lvl 24 is harder to get accepted by large amount of 20's , 20s look pretty dayum happy winning the majority of my Premades when I'm in AB or WSG. I meet a lot of 20's in fact I Premade with some 20's. But acceptance is only important if u care . Honeybadger don't ?
