Which Healer?

Want to make a 39 healer on ally side and was looking for opinions on which class. Was leaning towards monk, shaman or druid.

You really can't go wrong with any of the three. Just try and think about which play style you will enjoy the most as they are quite different.

All healers are viable, though have different playstyles. Druids are more mobile healers and could be great for assisting the FC, Shaman healers are a hybrid of the healer classes in 39. I have not much experience with monks but I assume they're good.

If you are making a healer right now, I would say holy pally. Classes wearing leather right now are getting hit for 4k by prot warriors. Holy pallies are the only thing that can survive prot warriors right now sadly.

I'd have to agree and disagree with Ooch, holy paladins are definitely the class with the most survivability at the moment, however, if you can space yourself from warriors and work on ways to counter their massive hits (as well as having at least 4 - 4.5k health) any healing spec/class is viable.
Having a priest in your group, which is generally 99.99% of the time, chucking bubbles across the battleground will also help counter the massive hits.

Saying that, prot warriors are hitting extremely hard and CAN still 1 hit you. So be aware when you are playing.

Other than that, pick a spec that you enjoy. Try it around, if you don't like it... re-roll. 39 is easily obtainable. :)
