Which class for a healer in 39s bracket?

Hello!



Me and my buddy and going to make twinks for the 39 bracket and I was wondering what was the "best" healer class in that bracket?

My buddy is going warrior (or rogue) and I thought I should make a healer to back him up.



What do you guys recommend? What class and what alliance race?

disc priest/holy pally, id personally go human for the 2 min trinket.

However, there's not really a class (when specced to heal) that does /bad/ in this bracket

I think I'm going for priest. I've played both classes at max level since TBC, but I've always enjoyed priest more.



What kind of gear should I be looking for? I've checked all the armories and stamina seems to be the stat that everyone stacks..

Is spirit good stat for regen, or should I just aim for stam/int/sp?

stam/int/sp...39's are a fairly bursty bracket....most people try to get around 3khp

Don't go out of your way to get spirit when you choose your gear, you'll probably find that a few of the best in slot items for stam and int stacking have a bit of spirit with 'em anyhow.

priest is best way to go imo, and should you want to really DPS going shadow is like having a warlock
