Haven't twinked in awhile. Which Bracket is the most popular right now, and how are the queue times?

terribly in my opinion. I don’t pvp anymore and I’ve been maiming 20s since the start.

29s steamroll 20s in every way. The same premaders from SL are still premading now on 29s. And they queue up on alt f2p accounts to force BGs to pop, meaning you’ll have afk team members against a 29 premade, assuming the BG even fills.

60s might be interesting next patch. PTR notes mentioned Chromie Time is getting bumped up a level, so I’m guessing things like Destiny and Jackhammer are reasonable new weapons if they scale to their wowhead tooltips.
