...divide between your scaled pvp stats and items which boost ilvl? from what ive seen its 10-19 and 90-99. even so its not much of a bonus that I can tell. maybe a few % points and some stamina but its not a huge difference.

lvl70-79 without a doubt.

You gain mastery as lvl78+ which doesn't cost anything so you just get a flat +10-25% damage/healing depending on spec; in addition to having access to cata dungeon gear which boosts your ilvl by ~120 for 12% bonus stats.

Didnt you use to get mastery at 80 in mop? Or was it 79 then? Either way getting mastery at 78 is bullshit.

yes it was lvl80 from Cata>WoD, and they changed it with Legion for seemingly no reason at all, and it screws the 70 bracket over big time.

I played some lvl70 affli, and we faced a lvl79 affli and he casually did about 1.5 times my damage while being maybe half as good.

Yea 70-79 has been changed the most and they get a very good ilvl boost

they are all actually doing well, 20-29 imo is largest

you want OP then you want to be in brackets that have next expac dip gear which is levels

58-59 bc gear
68-69 wotlk gear
78-79 cata gear
85-89 mop hi level blues, arch items

gnomes are able to get some eng trinks and items thru 2 expacs in some cases, not sure if they can get BC items at 49, used to years ago?
