Where to start?

As I'm sure you can tell from my Post Count, I'm new to twinking. (Actually, new to just about everything on WoW except Pug BG's)

Recently leveled a 70 Rogue on Outland called Mayór, and was wondering, what should I be working on? I've got the PVP set, (I'm aware that Sunwell and BT items are better) and I've got my 450 Engineering.

Just had a few questions! If you don't mind answering them. :3

-How do I get into the community? (Stupid question, I know.) Just seems like the game has been out so long now, and everyone already knows eachother!
-What would be a good second profession?
-Any tips on getting into Sunwell and BT raids?
-Any guilds/teams out there for the newer twinks? D:

-Ask for some peoples real ID if you are doing BG's is one thing you can do to get to know people.
-Jewelcrafting is pretty nice, the JC-gems will give you 42 extra agility. Leatherworking is nice as well, because you get 130 AP on wrists and 75 AP, 22 crit on a pair of legs instead of 55 AP, 15 crit.
-If you have gold, I guess you can say that you will raidroll a certain amount at the end or something. But since you are at Outland I don't think you should have any problem at all to get people for BT/SWP.
-I don't think there are a lot of people that only raid with 70's atm, but they will probably write here eventually if they are.

First off, welcome to the bracket!

-From personal experience i would suggest just continually being an active member of the community will get you involved. Chat to people in bgs and on your server, i'd personally go in with a complete blank canvas about every player in the bracket, you might have heard a few things, particularly if you read these forums, but just go in and judge people according to what you think, not what others think.
-I believe engineering/jewelcrafting (for the +34 agility gems) are BiS on rogues, providing you get either synapse/tazik from engineering (both are good but synapse is better)
-Outland alliance i can only presume has constant sunwell runs, simply because transmog has become so popular and the server/faction is really populated. If this isn't the case then the easiest way to get in to the groups (unless you have friends who can help) is to make them yourself. You could also try tag along into other groups being created by fellow twinkers, though you may need to help out in some way, certainly when i played some had the rule of bring a +1 if you join on a 70.
-You might want to check the guild sticky at the top of the bracket forum for more info on this.
