Where should I farm green and blue BoE's that scale to 29?

I'm looking to get some BiS gear on my 29s. Where are the best places to farm such gear?

Razorfen Kraul for those lvl 29 ilvl 34 BOE greens. There is a rare frog near the end boss that always drops BOE blues too.
