EU+US Where do you guys get 101 Relics for ur Artifact?

Other than Lockbox, which RNG is insanely unpredictable, where else can anyone get relic for their twink 101 Artifact weapon? I am a vengeance demon hunter

Enchanters/Jewelcrafters/Inscribes all make Craftable Relics, the Blue/Rare Relic is 805ilvl and can be upgraded to 830ilvl, the new Purple/Epic crafted kinda are 850ilvl and can be upgraded too 900ilvl, at 101 I'm not certain what the overall stat crunch is but the Profession relics are probably the way to go.

has any1 else noticed an increase in 810 relics? in the last few weeks ive seen 6 on my sever from 4 differnt sellers.

There ilvl 810 - req 101 to equip. i picked up a fel relic thinkin of rollin a lock
