Where can I find the +4 intellect gems for level 10?

If you're lucky enough to have an account that has accumulated a bunch of honor on other toons, you can currency transfer and buy Orboreal Distinguishments in SL that have 5 marks in them for 2000 honor points.

If you're a F2P thats linked to a paid account on the same BNET, you can put marks of honor in your warbank and im like 98% certain that they can be used from there to purchase gems. I know the marks in my f2P warbank work like that.

But if you're a brand new F2P account, you're gonna have to do the profession grind. Since you cant que BGs with xp off and no game time, you cant actually farm them on your twink

I suppose you -could- start another toon and just pvp like mad on it at 20 and, as you accumulate honor, you can funnel it via currency transfer to your twink to buy marks. No idea what that grind looks like though

I think the fastest will probably be roll a new level 10 and que up for random BGs until level 20, and transfer all the honor to the character that needs the marks; delete the character and reroll it as 10 and repeat as many times as necessary.
 
in the wintergrasp bg area in northrend, if your faction controls the keep, there are PVP vendors that sell meta gems for marks of honor
