I don't believe there are a ton of NEW wrath 19s players, I've been pretty out of the loop but I believe most of the old-head 19s are in the classic twink discord. Of the people that still hang out on xpoff there's Warlords of Warsong and Golden Twinkies

19s is pretty popping at night still for NA - Id say there is a consistent stream of games from 7pm est to 1am est - even more when its wsg weekend of course
