39's are indeed dead. Since I started back playing 3 weeks or so ago I've spent all the time I'm doing something on my 39 war queued both wsg and random 2's. Never seen a pop or even an estimated time indicating someone else had popped. Too bad. I'm keeping my toon though and active in the 19/29 brackets so can play 39 at the drop of a hat if it gets organized.

39s don't have the benefit of F2P in their queue pool, I'd give it a few more weeks to allow the 19s/29s to show consistent activity before a push is made to get 39s games going again.
