Whats the Best Arena [2v2] Class?

Whats the Best Class for fighting/surviving in 2v2 arenas With the ability to outlive and kill the enemy once your DPS partner is dead, or once your healer is dead.



Basically, what class can win on its own when faced with fighting any other class?
 
Does the rogues or hunter put out enough damage to make up for lack of healz?

Could a druid outlive them?



Does the shammy put out enough damage to actually be able to outlive the enemy while killing them, or will they just be healing themselves the whole time and finally face defeat once they run out of mana?
 
I don't think any class has a great shot at 2 vs 1 if that's what youre asking. My best guess would be a rogue if he sapped one, blew all cooldowns and downed one, then got lucky fighting the second guy.
 
Well in 2s you wont face 2vs1 with fullmana/health/cd and so on, if you want to have any chance you need a enormous advantage of cds. If your mate dies the best thing to do is getting a counter kill before you are getting outplayed by the two.



With enough advantage a lock could win imo, other classes just cant control 2 players/ dealing constant dmg to both.

Shamans put out a fair amount of dmg, whilst having good survivability and powerful heals. I generally consider them the best arena class, however i do love druids.



Druids are often thought sub par as a class for arena but i love them since their direct heal is faster than a shamans although it is slightly less efficient, and their hots are much more efficient than a shamans healing. They have great survivability since their forms are better than ghostwolf and they have better CC (dont forget hibernate, its mint) than shamans. If specced right (7/0/3 or 8/0/2) a druid can deal enough dmg to make them a viable dps class in arena, whilst having very good healing (he only really misses out on subtlety in this spec).



A well played rogue hunter or rogue can keep himself up with bandages and can burst/pressure healers (sometimes) enough to compensate for the lack of heals.



Locks work well in arena too.

Shamans are by far the best 2v2 class to go with almost any other class. It's so superior that it will actually carry any class, even a hunter, in 2v2.



Druids are viable until they run out of mana, which they have a tendency to do extremely fast, especially against.. a.. here it comes... wait for it... shaman.

Shaman / Warlock

Should be considered the best 2v2 setups, if you count in that everyone is equalled well geared, and equally skilled.



LUCKELY FOR TWINKING, people aren't, making most setups viable in 2v2, depending on how well people play, and are geared.

MP5 is no where near able to carry a druid. Not to mention that the only class a druid really works with is Warrior/Hunter. (But then again, that goes for quite a few classes.)



I have a druid, as you know. I can speak from personal experience of playing most 19 twink classes, that, that be one of the weaker ones.



Will look forward to meeting your druid though, make sure to let me know and I might re-activate my account to get some matches in on you. Be warned though, I might roll Shaman/Warlock setup versus you, just to prove a point ;).
 
And i'd roll shammy/babyboomkin and roll your shammy up like a big cigar.



Edit: anywho, most of what ive been saying is just epeen talk, ofc druids can do well but other classes can be just as good as them/better than them

11/12 AGM, just 1 more to go till i can move it. Im going to have to pick up a few enchants and the like though. This druid was built on a budget so its missing a couple key items; 15 agi on 4/4eagles, stam on fang boots, 16sp on jutebraid ...etc It has a couple decent sets but im gonna have to spend a couple hundred gold pimping it up.
