to balance the 30-39 Bracket?



I know a lot of people who play 30-39 consider it to be the most balanced bracket, so would changes would you make to balance - if any at all?



If you're going to reply to this thread then be constructive please - I'm interested in all suggestions including talent changes; gear and whatever really.
