What Talents for Feral Druid?

I'm hoping to play some feral but I'm not sure which talents to use. I see a lot of people using strength of the wild and lunar inspiration. Why don't you use saber tooth and ferocious wounds for the biggest bite damage? Isn't that where feral damage comes from?

Some people use Sabertooth. It's the best way to get big bites, but building up combo points is more difficult. It might not be the best choice for throughput, but offers the biggest burst.
