What should I make?!

So, I have been playing WoW for almost 7 years now.. and I have had many twinks and invested hundreds of hours into them. I am no stranger to PvP as my main Hunter has over 140k HK's. But sadly all of my twinks have been deleted over time. I am currently interested in making two twinks. Gold and gear are no problem, as I have over 100k gold and EVERY piece of BOA gear, including Helmets and Cloaks.



So my question to you all is, what should I make? I want to keep it in the 20-29 bracket's because I like the mounts, more access to skills and abilities.

What Professions:



and any other tips you may have about making it in the 20-29 bracket again.

Get Herb and mining for some healing and stam.
