EU What server to roll a 19 on?

Hello all. Im pretty new to this site and got refered to here by a mate of mine who used to twink.
Any how im pretty fed up on endgame and now i want to roll a fresh 19. ive played abit before a few years back. My question is. Are there any active guilds out there recruiting ppl? donth care if horde or ally, ill probs end up rolling a Lock. Cheers
