It's a broken with 3.02 UI. It's called Mazzle UI, but it's seriously borked in 3.02 and the fixes don't seem to be in sight. I am in the process of learning how to play with default now. Been using that UI above for a couple years.

I remember using it for awhile but it did not really appeal to me much, all i know is that the main developer (mazzle) quit playing WoW and subsequently quit updating Mazzle UI so its gone into disrepair, only way to use it is with fixes supplied by the forum members.
