What level to farm BOE's in Draenor?

I was wondering if anyone knows what the ideal level is to farm BOE's in Draenor zones (Shadowmoon Valley). I'm considering trying to farm a 26/28ilvl Fizzlebang's Folly and just wanted to see if anyone could recommend the level I should make my farming toon. I know how the BFA/Legion farming works but I don't have the slightest clue on Draenor boe farming. Thanks everyone!!

That's a good question. I guess it should work similarly to other "modern" expansions like Legion and BfA.

WoD has some very relevant Epic World Drops (like the remastered Bulwark of Azzinoth, a remastered draenei Shield and some Waist pieces for the paladin T8 set). Those may be valuable to collectors, but the drop data on Wowhead is very thin.
