What is the cutoff point for disabling XP ?

Hello,
I'm looking to level up a druid for speed farming and was wondering if 69 is the cutoff for disabling XP as I'd like to get as high as possible then use chromie time to farm up speed set pieces.

I also have a level 11 MW monk that I've used this forum a bit to gear him up. Just never created an account until now.

69 is the cut-off point until next xpac hits and then it will prob be 79.

69 doesn't do too well with current gear scaling. The best gear they can get is around 380-415 (correct me if I'm wrong). IMO 59/60/61 scales much better. And just a heads up, u might wanna snag any Anniversary World boss drops you can before it ends.
