my first legion dungeon, it drop a relic for my artif weapon .. i was hoping for a gear instead .. but someone in the bg told me, the class hall vendor gears is better than artifact .. you can check if thats true

No idea haven't touched chromie time. just use Dalaran hearth. and yeah you can get HoA. plenty of posts across these forums now.

VH is Best boss kill per hour. Just farm VH until you have what you want assuming your relics drop in there. no point in running around a dungeon when all of VH is within a 100yard room.

depends on the spec but general rule of thumb, dont listen to randos in BGs

talk to chromie and select legion .. then you need to do the entire legion starting quest .. and to get into legion random dungeon you must have already gotten your artifact weapon .. the weapon is ilvl20 ONLY !!! .. its the same weapon you use till you are lvl40+ .. by adding 2 relics that is +16 .. which makes your final weapon 20+16+16 .. thats ilvl52
