What is BiS for F2P Elemental Shaman?

I am currently making an elemental shaman, and am wonder what pre boa BiS gear is for it. Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks in advance.

We need to know if you're going Horde or Alliance.

But, this is my Horde ele sham - Salu @ Aerie Peak - Game Guide - World of Warcraft
Add a Lucky Fishing Hat and trade out my cloak for the 'of the sorcerer' version and you've got BiS.

As for BoAs, I think it's feline mantle / one of the cloth robes? Don't quote me though.

Sorry for doublepost, but you should also look at the stickies at the top of the F2P section - Yde compiled a 'guide to f2p on ti' and within it are some bis or near bis armories. If I were you I would read that thread for more than just the armories, though.
