So far, Resto seems to be the unanimous answer, with a little BM Monk thrown in for good measure.
Not so much pug, as a team comp for BGz, but still...
Before 6.0, it seems I was reading a lot about how good Guardian is (was?) for FC. What happened? Or was that just fallacy? I suppose partly it could be the extra damage nerf that Blizz threw in against Tank specs (Which is absolutely goofy, as a 'Tank' should also have its place on the battleground, and there's already extra damage imposed against FC's with the timer...)
So yeah, I had leveled a Druid to 29 as Guardian, but haven't fully geared him yet, and I suppose it sounds like I should switch him to Resto...
I'm assuming the AB boots (i.e., Highlander's Lizardhide Boots - Item - World of Warcraft), with a speed enchant (Boar's Speed - Spell - World of Warcraft), as well as a "Gift of" Cloak enchant, and...what else?

only reason not to take Resto druid as fc is if you're playing 10v10 premades, where you have max 2 per class ruleset. Where double boomkin would be much better usage of that spot. That's where BM monks come into play.

If you get the cloak enchant, the boots with speed buff built in, boot enchant, and 15% speed talent you go 185% as a druid in travel form.

No, they are by far the funnest specs to fc with. Hunter as well with track humanoids. Gdruid gets 20xs more challenging when u are not running with anyone, especially a healer. A challenge is always good right?

Holly pally will always be the FCs best healer, there survivability is the best out of any healers and with flash of speed and cloak enchant 10% speed enchant with feet enchant speed increase keeping up with your FC is not a problem, and especially in non wargames cause of lay on hands, and also a 29 holy pally stacking haste enchants on their rings, necklace and cloak is a must for those 1.3 second flash of lights and denounces

Top ranked RBG teams are currently using this gearset to cap all nodes before the other team can even get to one. I think you can get like 250+% run speed. I thought I was going to do pvp at max level, but due to things like this, RBGs are a joke, and arenas aren't much better. Back to twinking!
