I've been made witness that Protection Paladins can hit rather hard, even on resilience. Though I'm certain there's a few other classes out there that are still capable of hitting like trucks, i.e Shadow Priest.

This was on a target dummy ( As ret ), so probably nothing special.

Warlocks can crit like hell with Chaos Bolt, my friend can crit like 8-9k on 60% resilient players.
