What brackets are fully alive?

Sup TI, long time no see.
Ive been debating with my self whether or not to return to wow, and hereby i have been wondering what brackets are alive atm.
So, i have been through the different bracket subforums but without any gain of insight. Therefore i would love if you guys came through to tell me

Currently on EU only 20-29 locked xp, however when legion prepatch / legion hits they are re merging xp on and xp off players back into the same bgs. This means every bracket should have constant pops the only thing that will vary is que time.
