what bracket should i make an enhance twink in?

so ive done 60's and didn't like it very much, had a 70 enh for a long time but im out of the 70 bracket, and I currently have an 80 enhance, my question is, were do I go from here? I was thinking 39s enhance might be decent or 69s, what do you guys think a good bracket would be?
 
I wish I a better answer for you, but enhancement is in a really bad spot outside of the upper brackets. Your core abilities are all multipliers of weapon damage, and weapon damage is significantly lower than ability damage until you reach the 70 bracket and even then, only because of the Nifflevar axes at 71. If you already have an 80, your only other worthwhile option is the 85-89 bracket. Check the 39s thread on the WoW forums to be sure, but I'll bet you'll be told the same.
 
I was actually wondering the same as the OP. I fancy making an 85 2h enhance Shaman with Sun-Lute. Even if it is not that effective, it would make people bitch about the Lute being wasted on a Shaman. ;)

Somewhere here on TI is a link to a video of an 85 with a 2/2 Sunlute. Any weapon-based class with a Sunlute is viable, as the video shows. :p
