Wassup guys its hypergun im back on WoW again just came home with a broken jaw so im pretty bored .

but i was wondering if the 24 bracket is still live & if it is what am i missing gear wise?

Exactly what Mouthb said. Not all chants are in need of replacing. If you had Spell Power on Bracers/Gloves. Keep em. Frost Power to Gloves is superior though. The big changes are the Leg Chants and Shoulder Enchants from Scryers/Aldor. I was happy to have a character exalted with each when the 5.4 changes came in. Power Torrent on a Staff and another with Soulfrost.
